In collaboration with Riot for the second year of the Game Changers Championship Tournament, a pivotal event spotlighting women players, we came together to craft an unapologetically bold multimedia assault on the senses. Our goal was to unleash a promotional film and complete tournament campaign that not only captures the raw, unwavering dynamism of these exceptional players but also digs into their character in sync with the ceaseless energy of the game. Our commitment to bring a badass inclusivity propelled us to curate a fusion of grit, vibrancy, and audacity, resulting in a visual feast that resonates as loudly and vibrantly as the players it honors. Prepare to dive head first into a celebration that bursts from the screen with the essence of both the players and the game itself.

Armed solely with found footage, we were able to deconstruct and reconstruct live action moments from these players' past into something entirely original. Highlighting exhilarating moments and the highs and lows of the pros' gaming careers. We started with an edit as our foundation, then integrated animation to literally rip apart the frames and bring the viewers on a non-stop rollercoaster ride where each scene seamlessly melds into the next.
These players break barriers, they get messy, they get loud. And our designs needed to directly reflect the badass nature of the teams and the game. Focusing on tactile textures, clean bold typography, and the colors and iconic imagery of VALORANT we put forward an explosive and in-your-face look for the entire campaign.
