'IQ Safety'

+ 3D-ANIMATION+ AUTOMOTIVE

Who says a safety demo can't be fun?? We built a perfect world that was whimsically stylized in VW Blue, but at the same time grounded in reality. Each element was carefully hand-placed in order for VW's IQ.DRIVE sensors to interact with their surroundings, making the sensor array the vibrant hero. IQ.Drive is the extra set of eyes and peace of mind to navigate the road safely, and we created 11 vignettes in total to highlight the technologies' advanced and reliable capabilities.

VW vehicles have some serious spy-car-level smarts, and we were asked to visualize the different sensor arrays in all their emergency braking, lane guiding, headlight sensing-glory.

Process

We had a ton of fun finding the beauty in the technical and creating graceful matrix movements in charming scenes while staying faithful to the IQ.Drive sensor behavior.
